This weekend we traveled to Excelsior Springs Missouri to partake in one of our newly found pastimes; wine tasting! The Elms hotel and spa was hosting the 5th annual Missouri Wine Tasting Festival and I could not resist getting tickets and making Daniel take me. Actually, that didn't take a lot of convincing.

Nine hours of unlimited wine taste testing from some of Missouri's best wineries accompanied by live music and gourmet cooking demonstrations sure isn't a bad way to spend a hot Saturday.
