FINALLY after standing in the rain for over two hours determined NOT to be a quitter, The Fray played their set and we all partied and celebrated the music note falling at the stroke of midnight. I was personally more relieved that we were then free to sprint back to our hotel and get warm. Of course as soon as I did just that, somebody decided we needed to go back out and grab pizza before calling it a night. I had no idea that walking three blocks for pizza would feel like such a dangerous thing to do but clearly all the sober and/or normal people had long gone home. I mean,
